OverviewTheOverviewThe Manager – Program Management is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership and execution of CPX’s most strategic, cross‑company product and platform programs.This role leads multi‑year, multi‑partner initiatives spanning Microsoft co‑development, AI agent platforms, enterprise RFPs execution, Azure tenant migrations, and CPX services standardization for AI systems.Operating with high autonomy and executive visibility, the role ensures programs deliver measurable business outcomes, architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness—while directly influencing CPX’s product-led growth, national champion positioning, and platform scalability strategy.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Ownership & GovernanceOwn portfolio‑level program strategy for high‑impact product and platform initiativesDefine governance models, operating cadence, escalation paths, and executive steering mechanismsManage complex interdependencies across Product, Engineering, SOC, Cloud, Legal, Finance, and PartnersProactively identify and resolve delivery, architectural, and organizational risksMicrosoft Co‑Development LeadershipLead CPX’s strategic co‑development programs with Microsoft across AI, Security, XDR, and Cloud platformsAct as the primary execution counterpart to Microsoft product, engineering, and alliance teamsGovern joint roadmaps, co‑engineering milestones, and co‑sell readinessEnsure alignment with CPX IP strategy, Azure standards, and commercial objectivesAI Agents & Advanced Platform ProgramsOwn delivery of AI agent platforms, agent security controls, and agent orchestration capabilitiesEnsure secure‑by‑design, compliant‑by‑default implementation of AI systems across CPX offeringsOversee technical readiness, scalability, resilience, and SOC handover for AI workloadsDrive convergence between AI product development and security operationProductization & Strategic RFP ExecutionLead execution of productization programsEnsure traceability from product capabilities → delivery plansCoordinate Product, Engineering, SOC, Presales, and Partner inputs at senior levelOwn delivery commitments, risk mitigation, and executive reportingCloud & Platform TransformationOwn large‑scale migration programs for CPX platforms to CPX Azure tenantGovern identity, data, security, compliance, and operational readiness workstreamsEnsure secure cutover, minimal disruption, and post‑migration optimizationTrack cloud cost efficiency, risk posture, and performance outcomesService StandardizationDrive standardization of all CPX offeringsEnsure standardization process is adhered ensuring deliverables including service description, SLAs, packages, bundles, data sheets, pricing framework, etc.Enable scalable, repeatable service delivery aligned with product strategySupport onboarding of standardized models across affiliates and delivery teamsExecutive Stakeholder & Performance ManagementAct as an execution interface with CPX leadership, partners, and key stakeholdersDefine and track program KPIs tied to business value, risk reduction, and time‑to‑marketPrepare executive dashboards, board‑ready updates, and investment justification materialsMentor program managers and contribute to maturity of CPX program management practicesQualificationsSkills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑year technology and product programsExperience with Microsoft ecosystems, Azure platforms, and co‑development modelsDeep understanding of cybersecurity platforms, SOC operations, AI/ML systems, and cloud architecturesExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsStrong commercial and outcome‑driven mindsetCertifications preferred: PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, Azure Architect, Security certificationsMinimum Work Experience12–15 years of experience in program leadership, product delivery, or platform transformation rolesEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or BusinessMaster’s degree preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
