OverviewThe Service Line Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of assigned clinical services within the hospital. The role works in close partnership with clinical and operational leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality, efficient, and patient‑centred service delivery across the care continuumResponsibilitiesProvide operational and strategic oversight for assigned hospital service lines across outpatient and inpatient settingsPartner with physicians, nursing leaders, and allied health teams to align clinical services with hospital objectivesLead service planning, capacity optimization, and performance improvement initiativesOversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and positive patient experienceDevelop and manage service line budgets, monitor financial performance, and support cost‑effective use of resourcesEstablish, track, and report on key performance indicators related to quality, access, productivity, and service growthEnsure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standardsSupport service development, expansion, or optimization initiatives in line with hospital strategyCoordinate with corporate and support functions including finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and facilitiesSupport workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with clinical leadersPrepare service line reports, dashboards, and presentations for hospital leadership and governance forumsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing10 years post registration nursing experienceMinimum of 3 years experience in healthcare operations or service line management within a Peri-operative/ Operating Room settingMaster’s degree in healthcare management or business administration is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
