Job Description As a Marketing / Brand Strategist with proven experience in FMCG and e-commerce, your role will involve driving brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and data-backed growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Align with performance marketing teams across paid, organic & retention channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis & consumer insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support product launches and brand-building initiatives.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in marketing/brand strategy.
- Mandatory exposure to FMCG & e-commerce.
- Robust understanding of performance marketing & funnel strategy.
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with D2C or high-growth brands preferred.
