ResponsibilitiesCreating a store requisition.Tracks the supplies.Inspect deliveries for damage; report those to the asst. manager and record-keeping.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.Perform other stock-related duties, including returning goods.Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.Posting the received invoices in the inventory system.Prepare expiry dates of all food stocks and submit it to the asst. manager.Monitor the temperature of storage facility (Storeroom, refrigerator, freezer).SkillsGood moral character, obedient, hardworking, and service oriented.High stress tolerance.Can read, write, and speak English.Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain the pace of operation is required.Entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.HACCP Course#J-18808-Ljbffr
