Store Supervisor

Job ObjectiveTo oversee daily store operations ensure sales targets are met maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold overall store quality and order.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the sales team assigning tasks and monitoring performance.Train and guide new employees to achieve store sales objectives.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and customer service guidelines.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.Ensure adherence to work schedules dress code and store cleanliness.Oversee the implementation of promotions and discounts in the store.Participate in stocktaking activities and ensure data accuracy.Motivate the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of supervisory or retail sales experience.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).Working Hours & Conditions48 hours per week (1 day off weekly).Work may be required during holidays or peak seasons (Ramadan Eid packing season etc.).Flexibility to work in any UAE branch as per business needs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales targets.Customer satisfaction levels.Punctuality and attendance.Quality of product display & store cleanliness.Speed & accuracy of sales transactions.BenefitsSalary: AED(based on experience).Attractive sales commission.#J-18808-Ljbffr
