Minimalist believes in simplicity and use only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.The roleAs Store Supervisor, you will oversee the operations and teams of one of our stores across the UAE. Apart from \"just\" managing, you will also be directly in touch with customers and living our credo of ‘We don’t sell - we forge relationships’. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.Store Operations & SalesRun all daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision.Own the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales results.Actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV, and UPT.Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling within the store.Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall presentation at all times.Control the store level stock movement, counts, and documentation.Ensure strong loss prevention practices within the store.Investigate and report stock discrepancies.Customer ExperienceBe present on the floor to lead customer experience by example.Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations.Ensure the team delivers a consistent luxury service experience every day.Follow up on customer feedback and take immediate action at store level.Team ManagementManage the store team on a daily basis, including scheduling and task allocation.Set clear daily priorities and expectations for the team.Conduct regular performance check-ins and address performance issues quickly.Create a positive, high energy working environmentTraining & OnboardingEnsure new joiners complete the onboarding plan and understand store procedures.Support the team with day-to-day product updates and selling guidelines.Reinforce service standards and basic sales techniques on the floor.Identify skill gaps and flag training needs to the Retail Manager.What we offerCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives;UAE visa and permits;Health insurance;Annual flight ticket allowancesGrowth and long-term development opportunities;Long-term perspective in a rapidly expanding, future-oriented organization;An engaging and challenging work environment with a motivated & professional team of specialists.As an ideal candidate, you will have:A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry;Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar;Ideally relevant certification in sales, management, or project management from accredited providers;Outstanding communication skills in English;Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
