Working across the Middle East North Africa and Asia GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.About the roleEnsure high levels of customers satisfaction through supervising monitoring and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of service provided by pharmacy staffEnsuring accuracy in dispensing all medications including but not limited to controlled medication and insurance prescriptionsFollowing insurance protocols and prompt documentation communication and follow upDeal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff conducting appraisals and performance reviews organizing daily duty Rota handling complaints and grievances as well as providing or organizing training and development of staffsIdentify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returnsImplement effective sales & marketing strategies related to all product ranges working with vendors and manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor and store windowsDeliver on all targets and drive business initiatives to an exceptional level.Participate in assigned projects involving industry organizations supply chain initiatives and other special projectsOrganize special promotions displays and events in the storeUpdate Area Manager on business performance new initiatives and other pertinent issuesDevelop business strategies to raise our customers pool expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityPrepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actionsAnalyze sales figures and forecast future sales analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planningMai and staying in contact with vendors and shippersManaging the day to day activity in the store and monitoring adherence to company policy programs and procedures.Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements by ensuring that the licensing of the facility as well as the staffs are valid renewed and updatedMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsSelf-ManagementDefines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the yearTakes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and developmentKeeps abreast of professional developments new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growthJob requirementsBachelors Degree in PharmacyLicense from: DHA/MOH/DOHMinimum of 2 years experience as a registered pharmacist cum StoreManagerin UAE.Strong English or Arabic communication skills.Additional skillsMerchandisingProduct knowledgeProblem-solving skillsQuality and customer service orientation#J-18808-Ljbffr
