You will promote the brand’s culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, peoplemanageranda skillsdeveloper.</p><h3>Job responsibilities</h3><p><b>YOUR IMPACT:</b></p><p><b>Business and client developer</b></p><ul><li>Monitorthe store performance and always remain aware of market trends.</li><li>Take responsibility of the P&L.</li><li>Identifyareas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.</li><li>Establisha client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives.</li><li>Translate the store’sobjectivesinto concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.</li><li>Be the link between the head office and the store.</li></ul><p><b>Brand ambassador and promoter</b></p><ul><li>Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE.</li><li>Ensure the best level of client experience.</li><li>Handle delicate customer situations if needed.</li></ul><p><b>Process owner</b></p><ul><li>Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal,regulatoryand internal requirements.</li><li>Being responsible of the Stock.</li><li>Being responsible of the Store planning.</li><li>Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store.</li><li>Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them.</li><li>Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit.</li><li>Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position.</li></ul><h3>Profile</h3><p><b>KEYS FOR SUCCESS</b></p><p><b>EDUCATION :</b></p><ul><li>Business School, University or “equivalent experience”</li></ul><p><b>EXPERIENCE:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in luxury/fashion business required</li></ul><p><b>COMPETENCIES:</b></p><ul><li>Strong business sense and ability to drive results</li><li>Product and fashion sensitivity</li><li>Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership</li><li>High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty</li><li>Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility</li><li>Talent for coaching and developing a team</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail oriented, highly organized</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of the organization</li><li>Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul><p><b>LANGUAGES:</b>Fluency in German and English is a must.
