OverviewAchieve company objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by retail staff and ensure they have the skills and support required for maximizing salesImplement operating procedures at the store as per the company and Brand standardsPromote the Loyalty Program of the company for maximizing loyalty and repeat salesProvide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager with regards to employees and productsKey ResponsibilitiesBrief and guide the staff on achievement of the daily / weekly / monthly sales targetMust be fashionable / well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge to ensure minimal stock lossMaintains knowledge of new product, trend and fashion directives at all times in order to effectively respond to and anticipate customer needsEnsure minimal stock loss manage stockroomsImplement the operating procedures at the store and ensure the brand and company’s policies and procedures are adhered by all the staff at all the timesApply creative techniques to achieve / exceed the store sales targetEnsure has the required stock levels to maximize the salesWeekly audit the store administration and resolve discrepancies if anyManage the daily roaster, leave and grievances of the retail staffMaintain the visual merchandising standards at the stores all the time as per set VM standardsPromote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat salesSupervise the store and provide feedback to the Area Manager with regards to the employees and productsEnsure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligenceMust be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to the customersEnd to end store operations responsibilityMust be physically fit to stand for extended hours and heavy lifting#J-18808-Ljbffr
