Your work will contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations ensuring that our team can function smoothly in a tidy and wellmaintained space.Attention to Detail in CleaningAdherence to Safety and Sanitation ProtocolsOrganizational SkillsCollaboration with Procurement and Warehouse TeamsTime Management and EfficiencyResponsibilitiesCleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of the warehouse including floors shelves and hightraffic areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.Helper Support: Assist the store team with organizing inventory restocking shelves and managing supplies to enhance operational efficiency.Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recyclables ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Inventory Assistance: Help in organizing and moving stock items supporting the store team during peak times or inventory audits.Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain cleaning tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.Sanitization: Regularly sanitize hightouch surfaces to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a secure workplace.Documentation: Maintain a log of cleaning and helper activities and report any issues to the Store Manager that may affect safety or efficiency.Must HaveEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a cleaning or warehouse support role preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory handling.Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and organization.Fluency in English is required;proficiency in any regional languages Hindi/Urdu/Arabic languages is a plus.Physical Fitness:Ability to perform physically demanding tasks stand for long periods and lift or handle equipment and work in various weather conditions.Nice to haveWarehouse Support Experience: Prior experience assisting with inventory management stock replenishment and warehouse organization.Forklift Operation: Basic knowledge or certification to operate a forklift is highly preferred.Advanced Cleaning Techniques: Familiarity with using specialized industrial cleaning machines and chemicals.Physical Inventory Management: Experience assisting with physical inventory counts stock audits and cycle counts.Multilingual Skills:Proficiency in additional languages to improve communication with diverse teams.
