We are seeking an experienced and responsible Steel Metal Supervisor to oversee metal fabrication and installation activities. The ideal candidate will supervise workers, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain compliance with company policies and UAE safety regulations. **Salary is negotiable based on experience**Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabricators, welders, and installersEnsure production schedules and deadlines are metRead and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plansMonitor quality of work to ensure compliance with specificationsEnforce health and safety regulations in accordance with UAE labor standardsTrain and guide workers to improve productivity and performanceReport daily progress to managementEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipmentSkills:Minimum 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of welding, cutting, and metal fabrication processesAbility to read technical drawingsGood leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of UAE safety regulationsPhysically fit and able to work in a production environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
