Job Description As an Engineering & Technology professional working in Jaipur, your role will involve managing contracts for the CMP and issuing materials. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs and ensuring the uptime of utility equipment and network facilities. Additionally, you will need to carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment and coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution. Tracking corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment, monitoring utility alarms, and ensuring closure of the same will also be part of your key responsibilities. You will be expected to track consumption per hour of utility equipment and ensure the implementation of quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies. Key Responsibilities: - Issue materials and manage contracts for the CMP - Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs - Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities - Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment - Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution - Track corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment - Monitor utility alarms and ensure closure of the same - Track consumption per hour of utility equipment - Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies Qualification Required: - Education Requirement: BE in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical - Experience Requirement: 5 - 10 years - Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of utility equipment - Knowledge of energy optimization - Knowledge of quality, health, safety, environment, and fire policies - Collaboration skills - Problem-solving skills - Technical orientation Please note that the location for this role is in Jaipur.
