Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead external stakeholder coordination and approvals for a complex large scale infrastructure programme. The role focuses on managing interfaces with government entities authorities and third parties to ensure timely clearances and uninterrupted project delivery.Key RequirementsMinimum 15 years of experience in stakeholder coordination for major infrastructure or development projectsProven track record in securing permits NOCs and statutory approvals from government authorities and utilitiesStrong knowledge of local authority processes regulations and approval frameworksDemonstrated experience in a similar Stakeholder or Authorities Liaison role on large projectsExcellent communication negotiation and relationship management skillsArabic language proficiency is mandatoryMiddle East particularly UAE experience is highly advantageousKey ResponsibilitiesLead engagement with government entities regulatory bodies municipalities and utility providersSecure required NOCs permits approvals and clearances in line with project timelinesAct as the primary interface between the programme and external stakeholdersMonitor approval processes and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delaysCoordinate submission packages and ensure compliance with authority requirementsMaintain stakeholder registers approval trackers and reporting dashboardsSupport resolution of stakeholder issues constraints and third party impactsProvide regular status updates to project leadership on approvals and risksQualificationsDegree in Engineering Planning Public Administration or a related discipline (Masters preferred)Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
