Stakeholder Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this critical role you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders across various engineering projects ensuring effective communication and alignment between technical teams and project stakeholders.Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for complex engineering projectsConduct stakeholder analysis and mapping to identify key influencers and decision-makersFacilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders translating complex engineering concepts into easily understandable informationGather and document stakeholder requirements ensuring they are accurately reflected in project plans and deliverablesAnalyze and visualize data to support decision-making and stakeholder reportingIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder managementOrganize and lead stakeholder meetings workshops and presentationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and stakeholder expectations are metDevelop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and reportsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in stakeholder management and engineeringQualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field5 years of experience in stakeholder management or related field preferably in engineering or technical projectsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groupsProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsExpertise in stakeholder analysis mapping and engagement strategiesExcellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentationAdvanced data analysis and visualization capabilitiesProven experience in requirements gathering and documentationStrong risk assessment and mitigation skillsDemonstrated ability in conflict resolution and negotiationExceptional presentation and public speaking skillsKnowledge of engineering principles and practicesUnderstanding of business processes and organizational structuresFamiliarity with UAE business culture and practices (preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)Stakeholder Management certification (preferred)Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management data analysis and stakeholder engagementRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills ASP.NET,Health Education,Fashion Designing,Fiber,Investigation Experience: years Vacancy: 1
