Job Description As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital platforms. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, involving collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. Your deep expertise in UX principles, design systems, and leadership capabilities will be essential for mentoring junior designers and influencing the product vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX strategy and vision for complex products and multi-platform experiences.
- Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable design strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
- Plan and execute usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, promoting best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and UX/UI standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in UX design, with at least 45 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Robust knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Advanced user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX projects and design systems.
