Staff Nurse - Operation Theater(OT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain the operation theatre and equipment before, during, and after surgical procedures.Assist the surgical team by providing instruments, supplies, and support during operations.Monitor patients' vital signs and provide appropriate care during surgery.Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and sterilization protocols.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.Educate and counsel patients and families on post-operative care.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing.Valid nursing license (MOH/DHA/HAAD or eligibility preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in Operation Theatre nursing.Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
