Staff Nurse (ER / ICU)

Job Title: Emergency & ICU NurseLocation: United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for experienced and dedicated Emergency & ICU Nurses to join our healthcare team in the UAE. This role involves providing critical care to patients in emergency and intensive care settings, ensuring timely interventions and continuous monitoring for optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, quick decision-making ability, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Emergency and Intensive Care Units.Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity.Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions as per protocols.Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, etc.).Conduct frequent assessments of patient condition and respond promptly to changes.Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during critical situations.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.Licensure: Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility in the UAE.Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency or ICU settings (UAE/GCC experience preferred).Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rotating shifts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
