Job Description As an Audit Senior at Withum's India office, you will be part of a dynamic team of accounting professionals from the US and India. Your role will involve leading the engagement team staff in planning and executing audit, review, or compilation engagements to deliver top-notch client service, particularly to Not-for-profit clients. You will provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, ensuring open communication with the engagement manager and partner. Collaboration with managers and partners on client issue resolution and recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting matters will be essential. Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines and tracking engagement budgets for efficiency will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting constructive discussions with team members on evaluations and providing appropriate counsel is crucial.
