Job Description A Staff Clinic Doctor provides comprehensive primary care, emergency response, and health management to employees or hospital staff, acting as an occupational health resource . Key responsibilities include managing outpatient departments (OPDs), conducting physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatment, and promoting wellness programs Patient Care & OPD: Conducting daily outpatient consultations, assessing patient health, prescribing medication, and managing chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes). Occupational Health: Collaborating with teams to identify workplace hazards, ensuring employee safety, and conducting health check-ups. Emergency Response: Providing immediate care for acute injuries or illnesses and coordinating emergency services. Documentation: Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records and employee health files. Health Promotion: Developing and implementing preventive health initiatives and education for employees.
