This role requires deep knowledge of server infrastructure, systems integration, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and partners to translate complex requirements into practical, high-performance solutions using Supermicro technologies. This is a hands-on, engineering-focused role that supports solution adoption across strategic accounts.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support technology and business enablement initiatives in the Middle East region, with a focus on the Saudi marketAct as a technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, helping customers evaluate and adopt Supermicro hardware and solutionsCollaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to deliver customer-centric solutionsTranslate customer business requirements into feasible technical architectures using Supermicro systemsDevelop and present technical proposals, proofs-of-concept, and solution overviews to strategic clientsEngage in partner enablement, technical training, and workshops for key stakeholdersStay up to date with emerging technologies and trends relevant to hyperscale, enterprise, and edge computingAssist in shaping localized strategies to align Supermicro’s offerings with regional customer needsQualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in technical or business enablement roles within the IT or data center infrastructure industryBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Strong knowledge of server platforms, storage systems, and data center technologiesProven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in pre-sales or solution architectureFamiliarity with regional market trends, customer expectations, and business practices in Saudi ArabiaExcellent communication and presentation skills in both English and ArabicStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally across global teamsEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
