Sr. Technical Writer

The Sr. Technical Writer creates and maintains technical documentation for AI products. This role involves writing clear and concise user guides, technical manuals, and online help systems to ensure users understand and effectively utilize AI solutions.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for AIproducts, including user guides, technical manuals, and online help systems.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and otherstakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meetsuser needs and industry standards.Conduct reviews and usability testing of documentation toensure clarity and effectiveness.Create and maintain templates, style guides, anddocumentation standards to ensure consistency across all documentation.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices intechnical writing and apply them to improve documentation quality.Provide training and support to team members ondocumentation tools and best practices.Prepare and present documentation proposals and reports tosenior management and stakeholders.Participate in project planning and contribute to thedevelopment of project timelines and deliverables.Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by theHead of AI Products & Development or senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English,Communication, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified ProfessionalTechnical Communicator (CPTC)) are preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing orrelated fieldsExperience in writing documentation for AI ortechnology-focused productsStrong writing and editing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare,Adobe FrameMaker)Strong organizational and project management skillsIn-depth understanding of technical writing principles andbest practicesFamiliarity with AI technologies and product developmentprocessesKnowledge of documentation standards and guidelinesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to deliveringhigh-quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTechnical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, AdobeFrameMaker)Collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Slack,Microsoft Teams)Documentation management systems (e.g., Confluence,SharePoint)#J-18808-Ljbffr
