Recruitment Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute recruitment strategies for staff-level positions across the assigned countries.Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines.Provide support with bid and tendering requirements, including preparing recruitment-related documentation and manpower plans for proposals.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and adherence to recruitment best practices.Allocate workloads, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet hiring targets.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Talent Sourcing & AcquisitionUtilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies) to attract qualified candidates.Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates in the region.Candidate ManagementScreen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and visa regulations in Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.Advise on competitive compensation and benefits trends in the region.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports.Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
