Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Utilize working knowledge of Intersystems Healthcare Database, Caché Object Script and Intersystems Trakcare application for seamless systems operations.Apply experience in the Net Framework to contribute to the development and enhancement of the system.Employ working knowledge of data extraction techniques and participate in report development to provide valuable insights.Familiarity with crystal report is highly desired, as it play a significant role in generating comprehensive and informative reports.Possess working knowledge of Oracle Database and MS SQL Database, ensuring efficient data management and system functionality.Ability to check the CACHE script related to reports to fix issues reported by users on custom reports, automated tasks, extraction reports etc that were developed by our teamLogin to Windows Servers and install necessary applications, modify registry key, manage application servicesShould be able to troubleshoot minor issues reported on custom development done in asp.net (VB, C#)Ability to run queries in SQL and Oracle databases to extract and update dataShould be able to create and modify crystal reports.Should be able to address application related issues and enhancements raised/requested by End User department, by either providing workarounds or coordinating with the concerned parties (other ICT Teams) in fulfilling/addressing the requirement/issue respectively, including, effectively communication, Providing remote access, Managing the change (patch, update or new implementation) as the Application Focal point.
