Job Description

Define and oversee the structure and implementation of strategic initiatives, developing detailed work plans, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and formulating actionable recommendationsCollaborate with key business partners to facilitate comprehensive planning processes, ensuring alignment with sound business recommendations and corporate strategyCreate and coordinate plans for departments, segments, countries, and subsidiaries, ensuring they align with and support the overall corporate strategic directionAssist in Merger & Acquisition projectsBuild forecasts and analytical models to provide insights into future scenarios, enabling proactive decision-making and strategic adjustmentsConduct thorough analysis of competitors, focusing on technical, production, manufacturing, and construction capabilities to identify potential threatsPerform competitive analyses to uncover gaps and opportunities in the marketplace, guiding strategic growth initiativesSelect and apply appropriate frameworks, tools, and methodologies to effectively tackle strategic challengesLeverage expertise in areas such as business model development, financial modeling, product portfolio planning, organizational strategy, channel strategies, and customer/market researchEnsure all activities comply with company policies, the Policy of Integrity & Code of Conduct, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standardsResponsibilitiesTo qualify for the role, you must:Have experience managing projects, teamsand internal and external stakeholdersHave both quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsBe a strong communicator, able to engage effectively with both clients and team membersPossess a desire and ability to solve complex and open-ended problemsBe able to write well and concisely, expressing what really mattersBe good at building productive working relationships with clients and team membersWritten and spoken English skillsKnowledge of:Transformation programProject ManagementPost-merger-integration processFinancial modelling and planningPerformance management frameworksS trategic thinkingQualificationsMasters degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably big 4 consulting or Boutique like McKInsey, BCG or Bain#J-18808-Ljbffr
