The individual will be working very closely with senior management and be responsible for four main scopes:Reporting Business PerformanceAnalyze Data: Dive into talabat’s performance metrics, identifying key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.Conducting Analytical Deep DivesCountry-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability areas.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance.Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.Special projectsLaunching new products: Develop business use cases with innovative ideas and bring them to life by working on their implementation, ensuring they align with strategic goals and add value to the business.PnL managementBudgeting: Collaborate with local teams to develop talabat’s yearly budget, setting growth and profitability goals.Ensure that budgets are adhered to consistently across the organization and proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exceed financial targets and enhance overall profitability.What did we order?Thought Leadership ability to drive innovation and impactStrong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets, and advanced proficiency in BigQuery, Tableau, and analytics tools such as LookerAnalytical Mindset with strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisionsCuriosity, eagerness to learn, explore, and drive creative solutions.Stakeholder Management skilled in engaging and managing diverse stakeholder interestsCross-Functional Collaboration effective in working with teams across different functions to achieve common goalsExperience with financial modelling and PnL analysis strongly preferredExperience using SQL, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
