Role SummaryA high‑frequency delivery platform with millions of transactions and a rapidly growing regional ecosystem of customers, merchants, and riders presents immense opportunities to embed financial services alongside significant challenges to navigate. We are seeking a thoughtful, driven individual to join our fintech team offering broad exposure across strategy development and execution. The role will work closely with the Senior Director of Fintech and cross‑functional teams across the organization.Whats On Your PlateLead and manage special initiatives and adhoc projects within the fintech vertical.Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics for the fintech function.Collaborate with business and product stakeholders on strategic new projects and initiatives.Drive the end‑to‑end execution of projects from evaluating feasibility and commercial viability to supporting rollout in partnership with cross‑functional teams.Evaluate internal and external opportunities aligned with the fintech strategy and project‑manage their execution.Work closely with key internal stakeholders across Talabat and the broader Delivery Hero organization to ensure alignment and successful delivery.What Did We Order3 years of experience in Strategy, Partnerships, Consulting, or Operations roles within a tech, e‑commerce or fintech organization.Prior exposure to fintech is preferred; otherwise demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and work with complex financial services concepts.Strong solution orientation with a high sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.Collaborative and adaptable with experience working cross‑functionally across product, legal, marketing, fraud, and business operations teams.Excellent project management, analytical and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders at various levels.Fast learner with the ability to size opportunities from both execution and commercial impact perspectives.Ability to break down large, complex challenges into structured, executable action plans.Solid foundational knowledge of the fintech industry.Proven people‑management and team‑leadership skills.Please note: MENA experience is mandatory, ideally within the same industry.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
