Job Description Role Overview:
As a Senior Specialist Data Analyst in the DDIT US&I - Data, Analytics, and Insights team at Novartis in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the modernization of the data ecosystem. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with business representatives to develop business requirements, delivering data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, and ensuring alignment with security and compliance policies. You will be responsible for the detailed design, development, and delivery of Data & Analytics solutions for specific projects, adhering to solution architecture and supporting the development and operations of software/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business representatives to develop business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Create consistency and traceability between D&A Products requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.
- Support validation, testing, and alignment to Security and Compliance policies.
- Contribute to internal IT systems and documentation requirements, regulatory environments, and industry standard methodologies.
- Design, develop, and deliver Data & Analytics solutions for projects in alignment with defined solution architecture.
- Ensure designs adhere to architectural roadmap, support software/service operations, and align with Security and Compliance policies.
- Consider the overall user experience when designing new solutions and services.
Qualifications Required:
- Achieved targets in enterprise case contribution, critical metrics, customer satisfaction, and innovation measures.
- Leading the business capability area in line with the new IT operating model.
- Deployment of digital platforms and services at scale to deliver the digital strategy.
- Business process documentation up to date.
- Skills in Digital & Technology Savvy, Managing Change, Interpersonal Savvy, Joint Value Creation, Continuous Learning, Being Resilient, Requirements Definition & Management, Analytical Thinking, and Financial Modeling.
- Agile delivery experience handling multiple concurrent delivery cycles.
