This position calls for a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills and a background in the construction industry. The Sr. Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to project managers and the construction team.Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, contracts, and correspondence.Assist in the coordination of project activities and communicate with stakeholders.Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information.Handle communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers professionally.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 15 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in construction or pipeline projects.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
