Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Sr. SAP Consultant-HR to lead and deliver complex SAP HR/HCM projects. You will partner with HR business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, drive system optimizations, and guide a team of consultants through full project lifecycles. This role requires deep expertise in HR processes, strong problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP HR/HCM implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including module configuration, testing, and go-live supportAnalyze HR business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and design innovative SAP-based solutionsCollaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop detailed project plans and milestonesProvide expert guidance on SAP HR data structures, PA/OM, PSD, SCHEMA, payroll, time management, benefits, and ESS/MSSLead and mentor junior consultants; perform code/config reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standardsDevelop and execute data migration strategies, interface definitions, and integration with external systemsManage risks, issues, and change requests; communicate status to leadership and stakeholdersCreate functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials; support user acceptance testing and go-live activitiesStay current with SAP HR innovations and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications9-12 years of experience in SAP HR/HCMPreferred QualificationsSAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors integration experienceSAP Payroll (b200, HCM, or FI-CA) expertiseSAP Fiori/UI5 experience for HR-related appsExperience with SAP HCM processes: org management, personnel administration, time management, benefits, payroll, and talent managementProven track record delivering multi‑module SAP HR transformations in multinational environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and change management skillsProject management certification (PMP, PMI‑ACP) or SAP‑certified consultantSkills And CompetenciesDeep functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR/HCM modules and configurationsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven decision‑makingEffective communication and stakeholder management across IT and HR teamsLeadership capabilities with ability to mentor and lead cross‑functional groupsExcellent documentation, testing, and training skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in dynamic environmentsKnowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in HR systemsEducation and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; master’s preferredSAP HR/HCM certifications (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP Payroll) or equivalent SAP consulting credentialsRelevant professional certifications in HR or project management (preferred)Benefits and Perks((Add benefits and perks))#J-18808-Ljbffr
