This role demands top-quality candidates with excellent problem-solving ability and a strong logical approach. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC) Work on Salesforce configuration, customization, and data modeling Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware Develop scalable and reusable software components/modules Perform code refactoring and continuous improvements Ensure best practices in coding, design patterns, and security Analyze business requirements and create implementation strategies Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery Must Have Skills: 7+ years of strong experience in Salesforce Development Expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components) Strong experience in Salesforce Configuration & Customization Hands-on with Sales Cloud (Mandatory) Experience in integration (REST/SOAP APIs) Strong programming & logical problem-solving skills Knowledge of Apex, OOP principles, and data modeling Experience with security model, sharing rules, and validation frameworks Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
