RAK Ceramics is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.The RoleThe Sr. Sales Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s tile and sanitary ware products within the assigned UAE region. This role focuses on business-to-business relationships, targeting corporate clients, contractors, and developers to drive project-based sales. The candidate will handle the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure, with a strong focus on maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.What You Will Be DoingMeeting with clients to demonstrate and present the tiles and sanitary ware products.Negotiating and closing deals.Full coverage of projects within the assigned area.Maintaining accurate records of the project details and status.Reviewing along with line manager the sales performance and working towards the monthly and annual sale targets.What We Are Looking ForSome of the key competencies required for the role include:FunctionalStrong B2B sales experience in tiles and sanitary ware.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP).Strong presentation, negotiation and deal-closing skills.BehavioralStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused approach with relationship-building abilities.Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.Our Ideal MatchBachelor’s degree is required.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within the tiles, sanitary ware industry.Good computer skills (MS Office and preferably SAP).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Effective Presentation Skills.Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Dedicated and Able to perform under pressure.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.RAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
