Ensuring effective engagement and successful positioning of products within the market.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Customer Engagement and Enquiries:</p><ul><li>Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders efficiently.</li><li>Provide optimal responses to customers.</li><li>Prepare all necessary supportive documents, samples, and submittals.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery to customers to enhance Alfanar's chances.</li><li>Collaborate with the department's coordinator and Demand Planning.</li><li>Prepare required materials and ensure timely delivery to customers.</li></ul><p>Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:</p><ul><li>Monitor and target competitors’ activities.</li><li>Report findings to sales management.</li></ul><p>Market Presence and Technical Support:</p><ul><li>Organize technical meetings and seminars.</li><li>Provide technical support to enhance Alfanar's awareness and presence in the market.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant parties for successful execution.</li></ul><p>Reporting and Customer Management:</p><ul><li>Issue timely and effective reports to management.</li><li>Manage customer relationships in a professional manner.</li></ul><p>Project Identification and Follow-up:</p><ul><li>Identify and monitor all related projects.</li><li>Conduct close follow-ups to maximize project realization.</li></ul><p>Customer Satisfaction and Payment Management:</p><ul><li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels.</li><li>Ensure prompt collection of payments to avoid over‑dues (Zero over‑dues).</li></ul><p>Data Management and Forecasting:</p><ul><li>Follow up and update the database for all projects (accuracy of database update) through C4C.</li><li>Avoid inaccurate forecasts that may lead to stock financial cost forecasted stock.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem-Solving:</p><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p><b>Quality:</b><br/>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.<br/>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><p>Compliance:</p><ul><li>Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><p>Health, Safety, and Environment:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>5 to 10 Years</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><p>Sales Forecasting, Sales Research, Sales Trend Analysis, Sales Presentations, Sales Tools</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
