Primary Purpose of the JobEnsure implementation of the QatarEnergy HSE management system by providing HSE advice and support for all Marine and Logistics department, and ensure that all significant hazards arising from operation, Logistics, and project activities are well identified and controlled to enable QatarEnergy management to achieve strategic HSE objectives.Required Experience and SkillsSkillsAbility to write technical reports.Leadership, command, and controlExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCommunication and Negotiation (oral & writing)Computer program knowledge and usingExperienceOver 13 years experiences in the HSE field including 5 years of marine Operation and 8 years “hands-on” experience in Oil and Gas (offshore) or Petrochemical industry.Educational QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplineHolder of HSE training certifications from Internationally recognized institution (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent).#J-18808-Ljbffr
