Sr. QAQC Engineer - Civil - ( Interiors & Fitouts )

With a strong commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, Azizi focuses on building world-class developments that reflect excellence in construction standards and design.We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sr. QAQC Engineer – Civil (Interiors & Fit-Outs) to strengthen our quality team and ensure superior finishing standards across our projects.Role DescriptionTo manage and oversee all QA/QC activities related to civil finishing, interior works, and fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements for interior and fit-out works.Conduct inspections for civil finishing activities including drywall, false ceilings, flooring, tiling, marble, joinery, painting, waterproofing, and façade interfaces.Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.Review material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions for approval.Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Conduct internal audits and support third-party inspections when required.Monitor mock-ups and sample approvals prior to execution.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation as per ISO standards.Ensure snagging and de-snagging activities are completed before handover.Support project handover documentation and final quality certification.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in QA/QC within civil construction, with strong exposure to interiors and fit-out projects.UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of finishing standards and high-end residential/commercial projects.Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Strong attention to detailKnowledge of interior finishing standardsProblem-solving and root cause analysisQuality audit and inspection expertiseAbility to manage subcontractors and site teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
