OverviewSr. Product Specialist - Orthopedics - (618). Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC healthcare industry with presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and analytical industries.Job Brief: The incumbent will be responsible for promoting products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize profits.Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all Zahrawi policies and procedures as applicable.Market Knowledge: conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze trends, understand new products and their advantages/disadvantages, plan and assist with new product releases and events, and maintain technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, benchmarking, and professional societies.Business Development: establish contact with new customers, inform them about products, perform product demonstrations, gather feedback, follow up to negotiate contracts and packages, ensure contract details comply with rules and regulations, and coordinate with Procurement & Logistics to ensure timely delivery.Marketing: coordinate with Marketing for materials, maintain relationships with existing customers, recommend new products and services, perform product demonstrations, answer product-related questions professionally, propose service improvements, advise on new product recommendations to increase revenue, negotiate contracts with existing customers, and maintain Zahrawi quality standards.Operating Theatre (If Applicable): assist in surgeries by accompanying doctors and nurses and provide support for equipment-related issues during procedures.Data Tracking: prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold.Orders: place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.Invoicing: coordinate with Finance for proper invoicing and follow up on collection/payment.Delivery: coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.Application: conduct training sessions for customers, assist with equipment usage, and resolve issues faced by customers.RequirementsAdditional details:Candidates are preferred to be based in Qatar and willing to move on company visa. Valid driving license is required.Experience:5+ years of experience in Sports Medicine & Trauma; experience related to operating theatre is required.Job Specific Skills:Good communication skills and English language, MS Office, client relationship building.© Zahrawi Group – All rights reserved
