About the job Sr. Planning EngineerSite – Sr. Planning EngineerPosition PurposeA minimum of 15 years experience in planning construction projects, of which 8 years is in planning and programming complex projects of similar nature and size using industry standard programming software such as Primavera P6. Preferably a member of a Chartered body, although this is not essential if a track record of planning successful projects of a similar nature and size can be clearly demonstrated, including analysing construction schedules and cost using Primavera Enterprise and Primavera Contract Management software.Previous Ashghal related project experience preferably with MEP/ELV Projects.Position ResponsibilityUnderstanding the scope of the projectConstructing a network of work appropriate for the specific projectEOT Preparation/Support; frequent monitoring and recording of delay eventsProgress reports – weekly, monthly, look‑ahead schedulesPresenting the schedule of work to others in the company and the client organization involved with the projectProducing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagramsMonitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its developmentPreferred CertificationsPMP, Primavera, MS ProjectInterested applicants may send their CVs tojesica@mekdamholding.comNOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
