Sr. Planning Engineer

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project.Prepare baseline programs in line with contract requirements.Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors for progress updates.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.Analyze delays, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and support dispute resolution.Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure optimal utilization.Track key milestones, critical paths, and provide early warning alerts on potential risks.Support tendering teams by preparing project schedules, manpower histograms, and methodology programs.Ensure compliance with client and consultant reporting requirements.Assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring project cost vs. budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
