SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (R/E)

Overview Primary Purpose of the Job: Provide technical design and engineering services in Rotating Equipment Engineering for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with QatarEnergy procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE. Required Experience and Skills 10 years relevant post graduate experience, of which 6 years should be related to the Oil & Gas industry. Ability to identify and utilize relevant engineering standards and Codes related to Rotating Equipment Engineering. Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment. Good communications and presentation skills with fluency in English. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
