The idealcandidate will have extensive construction supervision experience in the UAE orsimilar environment, with strong technical expertise, leadership, and clientcommunication skills.The role involves providing technical oversight,monitoring contractor performance, implementing safety standards, and managingall mechanical installations from mobilization through handover and defectsliability period.KeyResponsibilitiesTake overallresponsibility for the technical execution and supervision of mechanicalworks, including MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.Providesenior-level site supervision and technical guidance for mechanicalinstallations across villas, infrastructure, and utility works.Review, interpret,and ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, authoritystandards, and contractual obligations.Monitor contractoractivities, assess work quality, and report non-conformances (NCRs).Review and verifycontractor submissions, including shop drawings, method statements,materials submittals, test reports, and O&M manuals.Conduct siteinspections, witness testing/commissioning, and ensure mechanical systemsmeet design, quality, and safety requirements.Coordinate withcontractors, authorities, utilities, and other stakeholders to facilitatesmooth project execution.Implement andenforce HSE requirements, safe working practices, and environmentalcontrols.Support projectcontrols, including progress tracking, reporting, and coordinationmeetings.Assist inhandover, snagging, final inspections, and monitoring during the defectsliability period.Maintain accuratetechnical documentation, site records, and inspection logs.RequiredQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degreein Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).ProfessionalEngineering (PE) license in the UAE is preferred.Minimum 10 yearsof relevant construction supervision experience in the UAE or similarenvironment.Previousexperience with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) projects preferred.Strong leadership,team coordination, and client-facing skills.Excellenttechnical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilitiessystems.Proficiency inproject management software and engineering tools.In-depth knowledgeof UAE local regulations, codes, and industry standards.Proven trackrecord in managing and delivering large-scale residential andinfrastructure projects.Willingness towork on remote sites in Liwa, Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi.WhyJoin Us?At KNInternational, we are committed to delivering excellence in infrastructuresolutions.
