The Group is known for delivering complex roads and infrastructure projects in full compliance with regulatory and international quality standards.Job SummaryAl Marwan Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Materials Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure to lead material approvals, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance for major infrastructure and road projects in Dubai. The role requires deep expertise in Dubai Central Lab (DCL) coordination, RTA and Dubai Municipality (DM) standards, and sustainable construction materials.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Material Approval Requests (MAR) and ensure mandatory DCL conformity certificationEnsure compliance with RTA, DM, AASHTO, and ASTM standardsDevelop, review, and approve asphalt and concrete mix designs, including Green Concrete requirementsImplement and control Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and Project Quality Plans (PQP)Coordinate with DCL-accredited laboratories and supervise site testing activitiesConduct audits of batching plants and factories for DCL Product Conformity CertificatesAct as the primary liaison with DCL inspectors for audits, sampling, and renewalsManage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentationDrive adoption of sustainable materials and recycled aggregates in line with Al Sa’fat and DCL requirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science10+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projectsMinimum 5 years of Dubai experience working directly with DCL and RTA regulationsValid UAE Society of Engineers membershipDM / RTA approval is mandatoryProven expertise in DCLD portals and product conformity schemes#J-18808-Ljbffr
