OverviewAs a Senior Manager of Real Estate & Construction, you will oversee and execute pivotal real estate and construction projects. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic vision to manage portfolios, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal utilization of resources. You will guide the team through construction regulations, zoning issues, and market trends, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position blends analytical acumen, leadership capabilities, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth and safeguard the company’s assets.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage real estate acquisition and development projects from inception to completion.Negotiate leases and contracts to maximize the value of property assets.Oversee construction project timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in real estate investments.Supervise and mentor a team of real estate and construction professionals effectively.Ensure projects adhere to all legal, regulatory, and quality standards consistently.Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s real estate portfolio.Present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders convincingly.Manage vendor and contractor relationships for optimal project delivery and quality control.Evaluate the performance and profitability of existing properties in the portfolio regularly.Identify innovative solutions to reduce costs and enhance the efficiency of construction processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field required.Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and construction management roles.Proven track record of successfully leading significant real estate development projects.Strong negotiation skills and experience with lease and contract management.Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective tracking and reporting.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a dynamic team.In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
