Sr. Manager Logistics Operations - Q-Commerce

Whats On Your PlateOperational Oversight : Monitor logistics for new verticals (groceries non-food) focusing on performance improvement and problem-solving. KPIs revolve around speed a delay enhancementStrategic Initiatives : Identify improvement opportunities leverage logistics products to decrease frictions at order handover.Project Management : Manage complex projects across various lines of business ensuring successful implementation from initiation to deployment. This includes overseeing project planning stakeholder management budgeting and risk management along with C-level exposure and accountability.Special Projects and Innovation : Identify and lead significant projects with the potential to transform quick commerce operations. Create compelling cases for these initiatives securing buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization.Collaboration and Leadership : Work with country heads and teams across regions to execute plans resolve issues and capitalize on structural opportunities. Influence stakeholders and invest in team growth through active training and development.Qualifications : What Did We OrderBachelors degree required with a preference for majors in Logistics Supply Chain Operations or equivalent work experience in compliance or auditingMinimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles within fast-paced environments. Track record in the FoodTech logistics sector is a plus. Management consulting experience is also considered a significant advantageManagement experience is advantageous with the ability to effectively manage direct reports and foster a strong team culture.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to dig into detail manage complexity and drive decision-makingAdvanced proficiency in GSheet demonstrating a strong analytical skill set.
