Our legacy is built on advanced engineering, strict quality standards, and mission‑ready solutionsThe Sr. Maintenance Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities, supporting preventive and corrective tasks, and managing projects within the Maintenance (MNT) Department, including system modifications, upgrades, and new installationsKey Functional ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate maintenance activities and system modification projects, ensuring clear scopes, schedules, and resource allocationMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history in SAP/ERP systemsPrepare technical specifications, scopes of work, SLAs, and design proposals for contractor‑executed maintenance and modification projectsConduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and safe operationSupervise in‑house technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective task completionPlan and assign maintenance tasks, ensuring tools, resources, and permits are availableManage routine maintenance requests and breakdowns, ensuring timely response and closureInitiate and oversee procurement of services, materials, and spare parts, ensuring correct specifications and vendor complianceManage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical sparesOversee gate pass issuance and permit‑to‑work (PTW) processesRead and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentsSupport maintenance‑related projects, upgrades, expansions, and capital improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with ADOSH, NFPA, Civil Defense, and other regulatory requirementsPrepare reports, analyze maintenance data, and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiencyTrack and improve maintenance KPIs such as PM compliance, schedule adherence, asset utilization, and maintenance costsMaintain QMS ISO, safety, health, and environmental proceduresProvide regular updates to the Maintenance ManagerPerform additional tasks as assignedKey HSE ResponsibilitiesFollow OSH instructions and safe working proceduresUse appropriate PPE and safety systemsBe familiar with emergency and evacuation proceduresAvoid actions that endanger health and safetyAssist with risk assessments and report hazards, incidents, and issuesQualifications and ExperienceExperience: 3–8 years in maintenance and engineering roles, leading projects and maintaining equipment in high‑safety environmentsIndustry Knowledge: Experience in equipment engineering and maintenance in environments such as power plants or heavy machinery operationsEducation: Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical EngineeringSkills: Strong customer focus, negotiation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilitiesCommunication: Fluent in Arabic and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
