Sr. IT Program Manager – ERP&Complex Transformation

<div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Master’s degree is preferred.</li><li>15+ years of experience delivering ERP and complex enterprise IT transformation programs.</li><li>Proven leadership of at least one full ERP lifecycle implementation or major re-platforming, from initiation to stabilization.</li><li>Strong experience in governance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments with significant commercial and delivery complexity.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing system integrators and large vendor ecosystems.</li></ul><h3>Preferred / Advantage</h3><ul><li>Engine MRO / Aviation MRO experience (maintenance planning, rotables, shop floor execution, quality, compliance, supply chain).</li><li>Experience with CMRO platforms and ERP–CMRO integrations.</li><li>Exposure to cloud-based ERP (SaaS), cloud infrastructure (OCI, Azure, AWS), data platforms, BI/reporting, and automation.</li><li>Experience in regulated or audit-intensive environments.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
