Sr Inspire Value Consultant

The Senior Inspire Value Consultant is a role that operates together with ServiceNows customer-centric sales teams as well as with other key functions within ServiceNow (i.e. executive offices industry go-to-market solution sales) to identify calculate and develop value narratives for our most strategic customer and biggest bets. These narratives must demonstrate how ServiceNows solutions impact our customers P&L (reduce costs increase revenue) show industry relevancy across our customers priorities and challenges and be compelling in nature. They will help our account teams to connect with senior and C-suite stakeholders and take our messaging communications and experience to the next level with a financial acumen and industry-based lens. Customer AdvisoryEngage executives to determine and managecustom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select customers applying ServiceNow methodologiesLead discovery workshopswith prospective and existing customer leadership and their teamstounderstand goals and challengesDocument and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goalsCreate high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement present multi-year roadmaps and document the full business case to justify actionCommunicate and advise in 1:1 and 1: many environments.Thought leadershipIdentify and lead to the creation of new IP (best practices white papers workshops etc.)Improve current methods and frameworksWork with and enable the ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to salesQualifications : To be successful in this role you have:Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.7 years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendorFocus and experience (5 years) in a major industry (such as FSI Telco Manufacturing Retail etc.) is preferredExecutive / leadership experience working on digitaltransformation projects or enterprise software deployments preferredExceptional executive presentation skills in person on zoom C-level Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations; demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior leaders multiple teams / departments on strategy messaging and customer engagement  Experience with public speaking meeting facilitation and white boardingHigh level of executive presence with a humble demeanorAnalytical and financial experienceEnjoyment working in a collaborative environmentAbility to travelup to 40% of the time  Additional Information : Work PersonasWe approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
