We are proud to be a multi great place to work award winner.Job DescriptionWhat’s On Your Plate?Handling a specific vertical/project for the incorporation to the licensing stages; supporting management with conditions and requirements of relevant authorities (Ministry of Commerce, DED, Municipality, MOH) during establishment of new entities/licenses.Coordinating with the management of any driver‑related matters/accidents at the Ministry of Interior (police) and attending on behalf of the company.Corresponding on investigations conducted by the Ministry of Interior regarding 3PL drivers/customers information.Renewing official company documents such as trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, import license, municipality license, and issuing health certificates for all staff.Liaising with the marketing department to issue licenses for campaigns (e.g., discounts, offers, rewards) and clearing shipments at the customs department.Carrying out procedures for adding new activities to the CR and obtaining any required approvals.Issuing new branch licenses/CR for new locations, obtaining necessary approvals (municipality, civil defense, fire dept, etc.).Handling consumer complaints filed at the Consumer Protection Authority, attending before the authority to discuss and support amicable resolution.Attesting contracts before the Ministry of Justice when required.Working with sponsors/authorized signatories to attend before authorities as needed.Attesting documents before ministries and embassies; delivering correspondence to authorities or companies.Obtaining approvals for CSR initiatives from relevant authorities.Updating the legal department on any governmental procedural changes.Paying, reconciling, or resolving violations from ministries such as traffic, municipality, food and nutrition.Issuing, registering, and renewing trademarks and company logos for use in campaigns and advertising.QualificationsWhat Did We Order?Bachelor’s Degree.Minimum of 5 years’ experience.Time Management Skills.Customer Service Skills.Organizing Skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Communication skills (Written and Verbal).Excel Skills.Additional InformationAs part of the talabat team:You will also experience exciting opportunities for professional and personal growth and recognition.Monthly talabat credit to spend in the app, however you want.Parental leave.Working with the team, building the fastest-growing, largest and most valuable network of online food ordering services.Our colleagues at talabat come from every corner of the globe, working in diverse, cross-cultural teams.Sponsored healthcare and gym membership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
