Sr. Finance Manager

oles & Responsibilities Lead financial planning & analysis developing budgets forecasts and long-range plans that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.Manage the preparation of financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements providing insightful variance analysis.Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions assess profitability and evaluate financial performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile A Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field is highly preferred demonstrating a solid academic foundation.Minimum of 7-10 years of real estate developer experience.
