The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, execution, and coordination of all technical aspects related to field engineering, including the development of plans, schedules, procedures, and construction methodologies. A strong background in electrical systems (HV, MV, LV, ELV), testing and commissioning, and quality assurance is essential for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical field engineering aspects of construction projects.Supervise and execute complex field engineering assignments related to electrical systems in infrastructure projects.Ensure quality assurance compliance and confirm installation aligns with design plans, specifications, and industry standards.Supervise or provide expertise in electrical construction engineering disciplines.Ensure all tests and inspections are conducted, witnessed, and documented per approved procedures.Collaborate with construction management to address and eliminate environmental, health, and safety hazards.Review and interpret electrical design drawings and specifications to ensure proper execution.Provide solutions to technical engineering problems and coordinate their implementation.Develop and monitor discipline‑specific construction schedules; report progress and any variances to the Construction Manager.Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules to ensure timely support for project execution.Ensure materials meet project specifications and established quality standards.Organize project turnover documentation and initiate necessary records, reports, and back‑charge procedures.Maintain effective communication with design teams, management, and (where applicable) clients.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Min. 10 years of experience in electrical engineering for infrastructure projects, particularly in HV, MV, LV & ELV systems.Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and factory acceptance testing of electrical systems.Strong communication skills with the ability to perform key technical roles independently.Deep knowledge of industry practices, standards, and safety regulations.Familiarity with current technologies and their effective application in infrastructure projects.Willingness to be based in Western Region – Delma IslandWhy Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and technically driven team working on high‑impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
