All our policies provide customers with state-of-the art solutions and come with the support of a team of dedicated, professional and experienced insurance industry.Job DescriptionTo support and grow relationships with SME clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, achieve sales targets, and contribute to profitability while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the procedure and guidelines are followed and has proper sales operations and by continuously seeking process improvementsAchieve assigned sales targets through identifying new SME prospects and presenting tailored insurance solutionsConduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess needs and close dealsHighlight product benefits, coverage options, and additional services to drive client acquisition and retentionEnsure all client documentation (proposals, KYC, contracts) is accurately completed and submittedCoordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams to guarantee seamless policy activationFollow up on pending proposals or renewals and elevate delays where necessaryAct as the second point of contact for direct SME clients regarding policy inquiries and service requestsRespond promptly to client issues, coordinating with relevant departments for resolutionMaintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and supportEnsure full compliance with IA, CCHI, and company policies across all client interactionsMaintain accurate CRM records for all leads and opportunitiesPrepare periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market movementsStay up to date with market developments and competitors’ activitiesProvide feedback to managers on product gaps, pricing concerns, or service improvement opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor’s or Diploma degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
