All our policies provide customers with state-of-the art solutions and come with the support of a team of dedicated, professional and experienced insurance industry.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>To support and grow relationships with SME clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, achieve sales targets, and contribute to profitability while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure that the procedure and guidelines are followed and has proper sales operations and by continuously seeking process improvements</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets through identifying new SME prospects and presenting tailored insurance solutions</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess needs and close deals</li><li>Highlight product benefits, coverage options, and additional services to drive client acquisition and retention</li><li>Ensure all client documentation (proposals, KYC, contracts) is accurately completed and submitted</li><li>Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams to guarantee seamless policy activation</li><li>Follow up on pending proposals or renewals and elevate delays where necessary</li><li>Act as the second point of contact for direct SME clients regarding policy inquiries and service requests</li><li>Respond promptly to client issues, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution</li><li>Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support</li><li>Ensure full compliance with IA, CCHI, and company policies across all client interactions</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and opportunities</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market movements</li><li>Stay up to date with market developments and competitors’ activities</li><li>Provide feedback to managers on product gaps, pricing concerns, or service improvement opportunities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
